DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL LAWYER
Shona Tarulli is the founder and director of Tarulli Lane.
Shona is an experienced property practitioner, specialising in transactional work (purchases and sales), development work, property law disputes and complex, standard and stream lease work in both the commercial and retail sector. Shona is also an experienced commercial and in-house lawyer.

Shona practices in both QLD and NSW jurisdictions.
​
Shona has previously practised in both top-tier and in-house environments and regularly advises on residential property contracts, large scale commercial asset due diligence, development and projects, complex sale and lease agreements for commercial and retail assets, industrial properties, office premises and property disputes. Shona’s practice is founded on her relationship-driven approach and dedication to achieving commercial outcomes, enabling her to build a broad client base, acting for large scale developers, national leasing aggregators, high-profile private sector clients and listed companies.

Shona is extensively experienced in residential and commercial purchases and sales, and is currently General Counsel for Kollosche (Gold Coast's prestige property agency), where she leads legal operations and the company’s compliance program.

CHELSEY NICHOLS

Chelsey Nichols
Chelsey is a graduate lawyer, with a born and bred passion for property. After purchasing her first home at the age of 21, Chelsey has a sound knowledge of conveyancing and property matters.
​
Chelsey holds a dual degree, with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Public Relations from Griffith University, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University.
In 2021, Chelsey completed her practical legal training with Tarulli Lane, and previously worked with Principal Lawyer, Shona Tarulli, in a top-tier national firm.

Outside of the law, Chelsey is an accomplished model, vocalist and performer. Chelsey’s diverse background, professional nature and high-level management experience allow her to foster effective relationships with a broad client base.
